Windows Live Local is an interactive map.
You can get pictures of the area you aretrying to look at.
The pictures are outdated of course.
There is a new feature called Bird's Eye were you can get real pictures off the area.
I found that the Bird's Eye only functions on city's but you might find different.
It is a fun tool to work with and great for getting directions.
